Lids are closed on the 5th Annual Paint-A-Thon at Mesa’s House of Refuge

Friday, November 7, 2025 - The paint cans are closed and the brushes are washed from this year’s annual paint-a-thon event, once again held at the House of Refuge - Mesa Campus.

Volunteers from across the Phoenix area home building industry gathered for a one-day painting event centered around painting the interiors and exteriors of several transitional housing units as well as painting yards of fencing and completing other miscellaneous projects around the Mesa campus.

Huge thanks to the professional painting crews from Parkside Construction, Superior Paint & Drywall, Scar Painting, Roadrunner Paint & Drywall and D & J Painting for all their prep work, along with our paint sponsor, Sherwin Williams.
