For a fifth consecutive year, we’re heading back to House of Refuge for our annual Paint-a-Thon volunteer event. This single-day event brings the homebuilding industry together to assist with much-needed painting projects across the House of Refuge Mesa Campus.
House of Refuge
Located in southeast Mesa on part of the former Williams Air Force Base, House of Refuge maintains 88 housing units to provide safe and stable transitional housing to families who are experiencing homelessness. Professional staff work with families on regaining dignity, healing from trauma, finding employment, and ultimately obtaining permanent housing. Learn more: https://houseofrefuge.org/
A Day of Service
During this single-day event, participating companies generously "adopt" homes and other hands-on projects around House of Refuge. Projects include trim, door, and fascia painting, painting fences throughout the campus, and address number stenciling at every home.
Team registration will open soon. To express early interest, please feel free to email Cindy at cindyq@homeaidphoenix.org.
