Arizona Housing Inc. (AHI) is closing the loop on homelessness, helping people attain true self-sufficiency by providing quality affordable housing coupled with comprehensive social services. Founded in 1995, Arizona Housing, Inc. owns and operates over 700 affordable supportive apartments in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Need: Renovate spaces throughout their apartment units and make repairs to the laundry facility.
Project Details: Several apartment units on their campus need small renovations including bathroom updates, storage solutions and new paint. Additionally, the laundry facilities are in need of renovations including updated electrical, water and sewer connections for machines, flooring updates to include a new floating floor with epoxy coating, drywall repair and paint, new exterior and interior doors and windows, a new utility sink, a new countertop folding station and a new window air conditioning unit.
